Telstra sells Hampton Park townhouse site

Telstra offered the vacant tract at 104 Robjant Street with plans for three townhouses.

Telstra has traded land at the back of its Lyndhurst Exchange in Melbourne’s Hampton Park.

The deal while small – $460,000 – came in well over guide (c$425,000).

GrayJohnson’s Rory White and Matt Hoath listed the 1122 square metre battle-axe shaped site at 104 Robjant Street in May.

The telco offered it with concept plans for three townhouses (story continues below).

It is understood to be selling to a developer.

Hampton Park is 36 kilometres south east of the city.

Yesterday Telstra sold a Clayton data centre to Centuria Industial REIT for $416.7 million.
