Telstra sells Hampton Park townhouse site
Telstra has traded land at the back of its Lyndhurst Exchange in Melbourne’s Hampton Park.
The deal while small – $460,000 – came in well over guide (c$425,000).
GrayJohnson’s Rory White and Matt Hoath listed the 1122 square metre battle-axe shaped site at 104 Robjant Street in May.
The telco offered it with concept plans for three townhouses (story continues below).
It is understood to be selling to a developer.
Hampton Park is 36 kilometres south east of the city.
Yesterday Telstra sold a Clayton data centre to Centuria Industial REIT for $416.7 million.
