Brisbane industrial investment flipped after 20 months
Lindum Property Partners and Stamford Capital Investments have sold a Brisbane industrial asset – 20 months after acquiring it.
The Darra property, 20-28 Machinery Street, fetched $15.5 million.
The pair paid $9.25m in December 2024.
The on sale campaign was managed by CG Property Group’s Mark Gilbride, Michael Callow and Sammy Gould.
The asset is set to be vacated by Cleanaway this month.
Colliers’ Levi Maxwell introduced the buyer.
Darra is about 14 kilometres south-west of Brisbane’s CBD.
20-28 Machinery Street
On 1.08 hectares it contains a 3011 square metre office/warehouse covering a low portion of the block (continues below).
About 5000 sqm is configured as hardstand.
The site is also approved for a wash bay with triple interceptor.
The address is near the Centenary and Ipswich motorways.
Sydney-based industrial investment and asset management firm Lindum was founded in 2023 by Will Clark.
It focuses on logistics assets with a strategy that includes improving properties and making better use of underutilised land.
Stamford Capital Investments is a specialist property investment manager founded in 2012 by Michael Hynes and Domenic Lo Surdo.
Providing wholesale investors with access to property-backed investment opportunities across the Australian commercial market, it is also based in Sydney.
