Booth Transport, Toll, Contribute to Major Industrial Lease Deals, Melbourne
Toll Holdings has leased an undisclosed amount of space at 128 – 132 Fairbairn Road in the western suburb of Sunshine West, near the end of Somerville Road (which connects to Docklands Highway, at Yarraville. Toll recently sold a refrigeration facilities building at 13 Westside Drive, Laverton North, accordign to the AFR, for $1.8 million.
PJ Meats has also leased an industial facility in the northern suburb of Thomastown, for an undisclosed sum.
