Carlyle paying c$685m for Aurora Place

Sydney’s Aurora Place office is reportedly close to sale for about $685 million.

South Korea pension and equity firm Carlyle Group is in due diligence.

Earlier this year, Carlyle jointly purchased a Tokyo office $426m.
