Swiss training clinic leases prominent Mosman corner
Kieser has committed to a flagship hub – choosing Sydney’s affluent Mosman.
The strength training clinic – established in 1967 in Switzerland by Werner Kieser – has committed to a 625 square metres at 529-535 Military Road, at the south west corner of Harbour Street.
The initial lease term is 10 years.
The studio will be developed within three separately titled stratas – shops 1, 2 and 6 – one sourced off-market.
“We’re proud to have delivered a complex, multi-site leasing outcome, bringing together three separate properties into a single, long-term solution,” Ray White Commercial’s Scott Stephens said of the Lower North Shore deal (continues below).
“The Mosman opening will expand Kieser’s presence in New South Wales, as the group continues to target high-income catchments with growing demand for premium fitness and rehabilitation services,” he added.
Kieser operates from more than 30 Australian properties.
Globally there are some 150 facilities, which specialize in science-based strength training using proprietary equipment.
