Royal Oak Hotel sells for c$100m
Sydney’s Royal Oak Hotel in Double Bay has sold off-market.
The Ryan family is understood to be paying about $100 million for the Bay Street pub.
Royal Hotels Group was the seller, holding 15 years.
It also operated the venue.

The Ryan family portfolio of Sydney pubs includes The Ship Inn, The Orient and The Paragon Hotel.
The Royal Oak Hotel deal marks a return to Double Bay after previously owning the Golden Sheaf.
