Perth convenience centre sold in pieces
Two parcels from a subdivided convenience retail project in Perth’s north-east have sold for a combined $10.05 million following a failed attempt to sell the asset in one line last year.
The Caltex service station and Stride Early Learning centre form the northern and southern ends of 8 Repton Road, Dayton, a 8967 square metre holding also facing Isoodon and Cranleigh streets.
They were offered in mid-2025 with a Hungry Jack’s and Chicken Treat, also standalone buildings, all up spanning 6959 sqm.
The annual income was $997,200
Transact Capital represented the buyer, a private investor (continues below).
The petrol station component was the priciest – $5.739m (the Stride traded for $4.311m).
Dayton is 24 kilometres from town.
