Food and beverage convenience centre trades for $7.05m

The North Lakes complex contains eight food and drink tenancies.

A Brisbane private investor has sold a small neighbourhood shopping centre in the city’s north after nine years.

The 3349 square metre complex with eight food and beverage tenancies at 1646 Anzac Avenue, North Lakes, traded for $7.05 million – a 5.59 per cent return – after a 30 day settlement.

With 584 sqm, Baskin-Robbins and Nando’s are amongst the occupiers.

The weighted average lease expiry is 2.3 years.

Also with 23 car parks, the property neighbours a BP service station and McDonald’s and is 400 metres from Westfield North Lakes (continues below).

The Anzac Avenue has long term development upside.

Ray White Commercial’s Pablo Routledge and Lachlan O’Keefe were the agents.

The buyer is another Queensland private investor.

North Lakes is about 27 kilometres from town.
