Pepsico commits to Adelaide warehouse
Charter Hall has secured Pepsico to Adelaide’s Edinburgh Logistics Park.
The Smith’s Snackfood Company parent has signed up for a 15,480 square metre office/warehouse for an initial five years.
Pike Constructions will deliver the facility to service the food group’s local production plant.
Savills’ Shaw Harrison, Scott Nienhuis and Steve Bobridge were the agents.
ELP is held by the Charter Hall Core Logistics Partnership Fund (CLP).
Upon completion, the manager will own just over 520,000 sqm of Adelaide industrial product (story continues below).
Warehouse assets under its control in Adelaide, it added, will be worth a total c$1.3 billion.
Edinburgh is about 25 kilometres north of town.
