Goodman divests ex-Mosaic Brands HQ

Also this week, we are reporting Goodman sold a major Brisbane business park.

Goodman has sold a sprawling Rosebery office – until recently the headquarters for failed fashion retailer, Mosaic Brands.

Mosaic Brands’ tenancy at the Rosebery office.

The five level, c10,760 square metre building on 1.1 hectares at 61-71 Dunning Avenue is collecting a speculated $70 million following an off-market deal.

Also known as the Green Central business park, with a tennis court and 249 car parks, the parcel is highly exposed to Queen Street and tree-lined Mentmore Ave too.

The incoming owner is another well known fashion brand, to occupy.

Goodman has owned it over 20 years.

Rosebery is about six kilometres south west of Sydney’s CBD (story continues below).

Green Central contains 10,700 square metres of A-grade space.

Next chapter for sprawling office

Mosaic, behind brands including Katies, Millers, Noni B and Rivers, collapsed late last year, affecting over 2500 people across 650 stores.

Some 250 positions were in head office.
