Paul Vautin lists Gold Coast holiday home

The Broadbeach property is asking $1.175 million.

NRL Footy Show host Paul “Fatty” Vautin is selling one of his Gold Coast properties.

The ex-Rugby Union player, captain and coach is asking $1.175 million for the Broadbeach villa acquired for $410,000 in 2000 as a holiday home and investment.

Over two floors, with three bedrooms, two living areas and a double garage, the contemporary dwelling is being marketed by John Henderson Professionals Real Estate’s Evelyn Castaldi and Jeff Burchell (story continues below).

The property previously rented at $750 per week.

Elsewhere on the Gold Coast, Vautin owns real estate in Mermaid Beach and Merrimac.
