Nithsdale Brighton on the Market Again

JP Dixon Brighton director Ian Jackson quotes about $6.5million for the grand 165-year-old home that has four bedrooms, a croquet green and an original coach house used by guests.

Sacked Coles Myer director Peter Scott sold Nithsdale in August last year for $5.5million. He paid about $3.26million for it three years earlier. Mr Jackson says Nithsdale’s owners are Mornington Peninsula business identities, who did some renovations before they rented out the property.
