Eddie McGuire sells Toorak family home

Former Nine chief executive Eddie McGuire has sold one of his two adjoining Dunraven Avenue, Toorak, homes.

The Wayne Gillespie designed dwelling is understood to have traded off-market for $4 million.

It was built by the businessman and his wife, Carla, about 10 years ago.

An adjoining property, acquired with the intention of becoming a tennis court, is also close to sale, sources say, for around $2.5m.

Kay & Burton director Michael Gibson are marketing the Dunraven Ave properties.

Last month, McGuire family paid Applied Chemicals executive Ian Hicks a speculated $11 million for Toorak home on c2,000 sqm, already with a tennis court.
