An interstate investor has swooped on a trio of small Williamstown warehouses offered individually.

The block is near Kororoit Creek.

The properties, A, B and C, 8 Ponting Street, collected $9.5 million – a blended 4.57 per cent yield.

Spreading 3523 square metres, the amalgamation contains 2703 sqm of improvements.

Separately tenanted, each occupier picks up outgoings.

And Property’s Ricardo Cappelletti, Ben Quennell and Joff Mithen were the agents.

Williamstown is about 10 kilometres south west of Melbourne’s CBD.
