ESR quietly sells $38m gym
ESR Australia has sold a Northern Beaches investment seized with its takeover of Propertylink Group in 2019.
The Virgin Active anchored complex, 16 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest, collected $38 million.
Charter Hall is the buyer following an off-market deal agreed in December, settling late February.
On 1.91 hectares zoned B7 Business Park, the fully leased four level property, also with offices, contains 8410 square metres.
Twenty car parks are leased to Virgin (continues below).
PropertyLink paid $23.49m in 2015.
The property previously traded for $18.2m in 2006.
Frenchs Forest is about 13 kilometres north of Sydney’s CBD.
