Occupier offloads Perth sites after 30 years

Two dwellings abut the supermarket on Brisbane Street.

Two properties at the top of Perth’s CBD, owner-occupied for over 30 years by Asian supermarket, Lucky Import and Export, have sold vacant.

The Fore Street property last sold for $49,500.

In the biggest deal, just, a high-profile 932 square metre outlet at 112-118 Brisbane Street (pictured, top), traded for $5.05 million.

The 1255 sqm site also faces Lane St, where there are two terrace homes, and Astone Lane.

Zoned Mixed Use R80, which would allow residential, it was marketed for its development upside.

Ray White Commercial’s Tina Ho and Simon Pigliardo were the agents. The buyer is an entity, FNV Co Pty Ltd.

Warehouse value x 100

Meanwhile a warehouse occupied by Lucky at nearby 7 Fore St collected $4.95m.

With the same zoning, it spreads 1879 sqm, also exposed to Lindsay and Tiverton streets.

The warehouse contains 1362 sqm.

Lucky has occupied since 1991 when the property sold for $49,500.

Knight Frank’s Jonathan Wang and Cory Dell’Olio brokered the on sal.

It traded to a different buyer to 112-118 Brisbane St.
