More Schools Make Way For Houses

Middleweight developer the Westbury group, responsible for a range of residential developments in metropolitan Melbourne and coastal areas, recently acquired the old Darebin Secondary College in Thornbury.

A string of schools have made way for residential developments over the last ten years including the controversial Richmond Secondary College.

Westbury develops medium density apartments, townhouses and stand-alone houses around high growth areas of Melbourne. The group’s other projects include The Grove in Point Cook, The Grange in Flemington and Sails on Beach Street in Cowes, Phillip Island.
