The 20,000 square metre UniPark project, adjacent to Australia’s only Synchrotron, is now 55 per cent full, after Canon, Tyco, Healthcare and Synthes Australia also recently signed up for office space.
DTZ’s Ken Smirk and Joshua Tebb, and Colliers International’s Rob Joyes and Tim Grant are marketing UniPark. While they would not disclose rents, the development is being marketed at a rental of about $250 per square metre for office space, and about $100 per car park bay.
The biggest outer eastern suburb lease deals this year include Insurance Australia Group’s 7,000 square metre lease at Nexus Business Park in Mulgrave, and Reece Plumbing’s 6,000 square metre lease deal at the Tally Ho Business Park in Burwood.
