Melbourne transport company commits to Brisbane Markets

The Rocklea facility at 33 Martin Taylor Drive.

Brisbane Markets Limited, owner and manager of the 77 hectare fresh food market and business park, at Rocklea, has filled a warehouse recently quit by Martin Brower Limited.

The Rocklea property contains 4464 square metres.

Melbourne based Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport has leased the 4464 square metre facility, 33 Martin Taylor Drive, about 11 kilometres south of the CBD.

In Brisbane, the occupier is presently at Darra, about four kilometres west.

Martin Brower recently moved to a 9301 sqm cold storage distribution centre at Karawatha, an estate owned by LOGOS, about nine kilometres south east of Rocklea.

TMX’s Daniel Byrne and Nick Greenwell brokered that pre-commitment, in 2023, and the Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport deal, this quarter.

BML has over 250 leases for Brisbane Markets sites including over 150 with food and vegetable-based shareholders.
