Lorne Country Club Redevelopment to be Known as Osprey
A new resort will also be developed including a 4-star hotel with 68 rooms or 82 keys, extensive conference facilities, restaurants, tennis courts and a residential apartment component.
Constellation Hotels will run the hotel under its Chifley banner. Other Victorian Chifley hotels are in Dandenong and Geelong.
The hotel will include an ocean view restaurant, pool, day spa and conferencing facilities for 250 delegates. An operator is being sought for the day spa. Hocking Stuart’s Scott McElroy and Winston Lo are marketing agents for Osprey.
Upon completion the hotel will run a shuttle bus from the Lorne township to the hotel.
