Lend Lease, Sekisui, forge agreement
Sydney based Lend Lease has entered a partnership to develop master-planned residential and community projects across Australia with Japan’s Sekisui House.
Subject to conditions, the offshore group would acquire half an interest in the former’s controversial 15-level Serrata proposal, at Docklands.
It would also buy land at Hyatt Coolum at Wentworth Point, near Homebush, from the local developer.
