Beck family begins building Mornington Peninsula light industrial estate
Beckdev, led by Becton founder Max Beck with son Ben, has commenced construction of a light industrial estate at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula.
Boneo HQ will contain 38 office/warehouses between 100-331 square metres, each with a modern fit-out, and car park.
For private sale, the buildings are designed with high clearance warehousing, mezzanine offices and insulated glazed aluminium windows.
They can be used for industrial, retail or office.
Aston Commercial’s Jeremy Gruzewski, Joshua Colosimo and Rodney King are the agents.
Ten blocks have sold.
Completion is scheduled November.
Rosebud is about 80 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD (continues below).

The 1.03 hectare Rosebud estate at 208 Boneo Road will also be gated.
“It’s a unique offering in the market – designed in direct response to sustained demand from the peninsula’s expanding business and trade sector,” Ben Beck said.
“The Mornington Peninsula remains highly desirable for investors with its coastal appeal and infrastructure improvements contributing to long-term potential growth for investors and businesses alike,” according to the executive.
“Boneo HQ also prioritises security with the complex featuring external security surveillance, premium insulated performance glass and optional internal security systems,” he added.
“Additionally, remote controlled roller doors and individual power provide autonomy and convenience for businesses”.
