Grocon Proposes 90-Level Skyscraper For Disused CUB Site, Carlton

“The apartments will be a mix of studio apartments, more affordable and suitable for students lower down, to the high-end luxury apartments near the top of the tower,” Grocon public relations adviser Jane Wilson told the Herald Sun. “

At least five major buildings are earmarked for the site.
