Brendan Sullivan fills once-problematic Mulgrave office

CBRE has just one space to fill at 327-333 Police Road.

Brendan Sullivan is keeping the tenants flowing at a Mulgrave investment he bought in 2014 – famous in local leasing circles for being 50 per cent vacant since it was constructed 24 years earlier.

Elgas has committed to 500 square metres at 327-333 Police Road for an initial seven years.

It joins Simple Industrial Commercial and KingKids which have each taken 250 sqm, for five and four years respectively.

Following these deals, CBRE’s Gianni Macdonald and Ellie Scala have one area – a 250 sqm fitted space – to fill for the client known as Sullivan Property.

Mr Sullivan paid $8.65m for the offices known as the East and West buildings, 327-333 Police Rd, on the north east corner of Jackson, also bound by the Monash Freeway (story continues below).

Brendan Sullivan in 2020 turned around a profit selling a South Melbourne office after nine months.

Interestingly, he fully leased it by 2015 without renovating.

The assets were refurbished last year though, to A-grade, with uber-contemporary fit-out suites.

There is also a ground floor café.
