Cedar Woods sells Melbourne childcare centre site
Cedar Woods has sold a commercial piece of its Mason Quarter estate, in Melbourne’s north Wollert.
The 2621 square metre parcel, 58 Geata Street, also facing Tortel Street and Simmental Road, was offered permit-ready for a 122 place childcare centre, with seven rooms.
With 749 sqm, it was pre-committed too, to Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten.
Oreana Property Group is the buyer, for $3.4 million.
RPM Group’s Zaynoun Melham and Tim Hyland were the agents (story continues below).
Cedar Woods has been developing Mason Quarter for about five years. In 2021, it bulked up the site with a $30m land deal.
Wollert is about 26 kilometres from the CBD.
