Pelligra secures Mitre 10 to west Melbourne
Mitre 10 will expand its presence in Melbourne’ west, leasing a Laverton North property being delivered by Citinova and Pelligra.
The Metcash owned group has committed to the 3661 square metre office/warehouse as part of a complex at 1-11 Little Boundary Road (pictured, top), for an initial 10 years.
The site spreads 8500 sqm, near other properties the group occupies.
CBRE’s Fergus Pragnell, Lachlan May and Cameron Giles were the agents (story continues below).
Other businesses in the estate, 18 kilometres west of Melbourne’s CBD, include Clennett Hire, Sydney Tools and Totally Workwear.
