Former St Kilda ruckman Tom Hickey lists Melbourne home ahead of a move to Perth

The home has a guide price of $820,000 to $880,000.

Two weeks after being traded to the West Coast Eagles, former St Kilda ruckman Tom Hickey (pictured, top) has listed his Melbourne home for sale.

Mr Hickey bought 29 Widdop Crescent in Hampton East (pictured, left) for $610,000 in 2013 – the year he moved from the Gold Coast Suns.

It is expected to sell for between $820,000 and $880,000 this time around. Buxton Hampton East agent Sharon Quick will auction the renovated three-bedroom home on November 17.

According to news.com.au, which first reported the listing, Hickey is set for a busy off-season, marrying his fiancé Chloe Foreman in Queensland before moving to Perth and starting training.
