Jack Merlo to flip another Toorak pile
Landscape architect Jack Merlo has listed a sprawling Toorak home after three years.
The gardener and his husband, Ricardo, are seeking between $16-$17 million for 11 Robertson Street.
The pair outlaid $13.61m – but not revamped.
With a tennis court and pool, it occupies 1330 square metres.
The ‘resort style’ dwelling, developed in 1980, contains four bedrooms and two living areas.
Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello and Mandy Zhu are the marketing agents (story continues below).
The listing comes a month since we reported the Merlos acquired a Grant Avenue, Toorak, home from the Myer family for c$20m.

Like 11 Robertson St, that dwelling is unrenovated.
In late 2022 meanwhile, the pair divested a home in the suburb on Linlithgow Road, to Cotton On chief executive Peter Johnson and his wife, Kim, for $12.5m – less than (the $13-$14m) guide but still a profit on the $8.35m outlaid two years earlier, before a swank refurbishment.
