Dyson Bus Depot, Bundoora, to be Redeveloped

The new development will include 88 double-storey, two-bedroom townhouses, most of which have sold for an average price of between $350,000 and $390,000.

The site at 289 McKimmies Road was used by Dyson as a depot until 2007, when it relocated to a newer facility up the street.

The residential redevelopment of its Bundoora site is a joint venture partner between Dyson which contributed the land, and developers the Higgins family and Far East Consortium.

Far East Consortium director Craig Williams, speaking for the consortium, said 65 of the townhouses sold since late last year.

Colliers selling agent Tim Storey said 65 townhouses have sold since the development was put to the market late last year.
