National Builders Group Releases Link Series Homes: Build Now, Build Later
Outgrow a Link Series home, and an extension is as straightforward as choosing one of several modular-based designs, that can be built out from the back wall, or into the roof, creating a second level.
If you don’t like the options on offer, home owners can choose their own ground floor, or upper level extension.
On the ground floor, most Link Series homes have between one and two bedrooms, a double garage and large living area. The “extension modules” include more bedrooms and bathrooms.
National Builders Group managing director Barry Suckling said because of Link Series, buyers can commit to a home which will meet their immediate needs now, with the opportunity to extend in that home in the future.
He says home buyers may be able to spend more on land in a suburb they want, and spread out the construction costs of a new family home.
