Dermott Brereton sells Brighton duplex
Footballer turned commentator Dermott Brereton has sold a near-new duplex in Brighton’s William Street.
The double-storey dwelling with three bedrooms and a pool achieved $1.79 million.
Hocking Stuart Brighton’s John Clarkson was the agent.
The property is in the same street as the historic mansion cricketer Shane Warne purchased in late 2009 for $7.55m.
