Lions star lists ex-Melbourne base

Josh Dunkley paid $1.43 million for 192 Heath Street in late 2019.

Brisbane Lions midfielder Josh Dunkley has listed his former Port Melbourne home.

The sportsman can expect about $1.275-$1.375 million for the freestanding c1910 Edwardian at 192 Heath Street, which goes to auction in a fortnight.

He paid $1.43m in late 2019, renting it at $700 per week the following two years; it contains two bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area, all of which is modernised.

The small rear yard includes a decked area and shed (story continues below).

Josh Dunkley moved played his first season with Brisbane this year.

Marshall White’s Sarah Wood and Justin Holod are the agents.

The listing comes eight months since the footballer and his girlfriend, Tippah Dwan, outlaid $2.265m for a home in Brisbane’s north Paddington; it was Mr Dunkley’s first season with the Lions following seven with the Western Bulldogs (one, in 2016, leading to a premiership).
