Kedron commercial investment collects $21m
A retail, office and childcare asset in Brisbane’s north Kedron has sold to a private investor.
The $20.7 million achieved for 255-257 Gympie Road reflects an 8.5 per cent yield.
On 8900 square metres, the property contains 4578 sqm of improvements in several buildings, fully leased to seven tenants.
The weighted average lease expiry is five years.
The childcare centre is licensed for 100; operator C&K Childcare and Kindergarten also operates its headquarters from an office tenancy (story continues below).
There are 136 car parks too.

Kedron is about 10 kilometres from the CBD.
