CB Richard Ellis management changes
After almost ten years, CB Richard Ellis Victorian senior managing director Mark Granter will hand over management of the day to day business to Matt Haddon this week.
The former has accepted a position as deputy chief executive officer with CBRE Australia and New Zealand, and executive managing director of the agency’s new Institutional Property Group.
The move follows the recent promotion of Hamish Sutherland to regional director, Office Services, and the Martin O’Sullivan to head of institutional investments and city sales.
‘’Our business has grown significantly over the past five years, and with this growth we have continued to develop our leadership structure,’’ Mr Granter said.
‘’These new leadership positions will greatly assist me in pursuing my new role and focusing on our larger institutional and development clients across all business lines,” he added.
“It will also allow me to focus on major investment sales, similar to the Myer transaction.’’
