Ex-Kangaroo Shannon Grant to Sell Mordialloc Beach Front Property
Any redevelopment of the site would offer unobstructed views of Port Phillip, and the controversial life-sized bronze horse sculpture, erected on the Mordialloc beach foreshore last August.
In the 1940s, the then City of Mordialloc council granted permissions for horses to swim on this stretch of Port Phillip, and over many years racehorses from both the Epsom and Mentone racetracks were bought to the area.
