The pair can expect about $3.3 million for the Tuscan themed townhouse at 1/75-81 Grange Road, Toorak, within the Villagio complex.

They paid $3m in November, 2016.

Kay & Burton’s Darren Lewenberg, Ross Savas and Grant Samuel are representing the Postecoglous.

They said the dwelling, with its own street frontage, features high ceilings, American Oak parquetry flooring and sandstone features.

“The heart of this lavishly appointed home is undoubtedly the exquisitely crafted gourmet kitchen which features an oversized marble island bench, statement chandelier, Miele appliances including a 90 centimetre oven and five burner gas hob and extensive timber cabinetry,” they added (story continues below).

The upstairs bedrooms open to a balcony.
