Simon Baker spends $1.5m in Byron Bay
Actor Simon Baker has paid $1.5 million for a farm at Nashua, about 25 kilometres south west of Byron Bay.
The 6.8 hectare property includes three bedrooms, two living rooms, tennis court, pool, shed and studio.
A river also runs through the land, it is reported (story continues below).
Baker is LA-based but returns to Australia to visit other family around Lennox Head, c22 kilometres east of Nashua.
Other high profile identities reported to hold Byron Bay homes include Tom Williams, Jodi Gordon and Hamish Blake.
