Eaglemont reception centre sells
It has hosted many a celebration – but now the Banksia Court Reception Centre (pictured, right) in Eaglemont will be replaced with housing.
The parcel, 109 – 111 Banksia Road, opposite Remembrance Park and Austin Hospital, spread 4046 square metres.
It sold with permission for 18 dwellings; six within the walls of a 1912 building.
