Yarraville Building, Scene of Strictly Ballroom, to Become Apartments
Apartments in the St Georges Theatre in Yarraville, are being offered for sale by Biggin & Scott and Stockdale & Leggo. The theatre, which overlooks the famous Sun Theatre, will be developed into a 4-level complex incorporating indoor and outdoor terraces, to suit the structure of the building.
Don’t expect to be caught in the crossfire of a dance-off between ugly duckling Fran and Tina Sparkle however, the theatre has been disused for a number of years.
