Winning Group expands at ISPT’s Charles Sturt Industrial Estate

Winning Group has expanded in Adelaide, leasing a 7300 square metre warehouse at ISPT’s Charles Sturt Industrial Estate.

Winning Group has expanded in Adelaide, taking space within ISPT’s Charles Sturt Industrial Estate in Woodville.

The online appliance retailer has committed to 7300 square metres being Building 21.2, 20 Cheltenham Parade.

The 23.2 hectare business park is at 853-867 Port Road, eight kilometres north west of the city.

So far it contains 55,329 sqm of structures, six developed between 2001-2008 including warehouses occupied by Bunnings and Harvey Norman.

Almost nine hectares is earmarked for future development.

Last December, Winning pre-committed to a 45,000 sqm warehouse within ISPT’s Portlink Business Park in Melbourne’s Altona North.

The retailer, which owns the website appliancesonline.com.au, opened its first Adelaide distribution centre in 2012 (story continues below).

Winning’s additional Adelaide space

Its Cheltenham Pde deal was negotiated by JLL’s Kym Hutchens and David Ludlow.

The high clearance warehouse includes recessed loading docks with levellers, a large cantilevered canopy for all weather loading, ESFR sprinkler system and exclusive secure hardstand.

It also includes an office area and is surrounded by car parking.

Charles Sturt Industrial Estate is about four kms south west of Port Adelaide.

The Woodville property is eight kilometres north west of Adelaide.
