Walton lists ex-ADA HQ in Toorak
The former Australian Dental Association headquarters, in Toorak, will be auctioned after failing to sell privately last year.
The mansion-converted-office on 735 square metres at 49 Mathoura Road accommodated the not-for-profit for five decades.
Walton Property Developments – the vendor – picked it up in mid-2008.
Coincidentally, it placed the ADA at an office it constructed at South Yarra’s 10 Yarra Street.
The Toorak property is expected to sell for more than $2.9 million to either a residential or commercial end-user – it contains 16 rooms.
Medium density builders are also expected to show an interest; the land fronts Ellerslie Place East.

An auction is scheduled for Anzac Day.
