Vinci Carbone Properties Formed
En route to Hayman Island for a holiday, the former director said the surprise split was amicable and that it was time for a change. He declined to comment on speculation he would rejoin one of the top four agencies, saying a decision on his career had not been made.
Mr Carbone recently sold a disused car yard in City Road, Southbank, to Indian billionaire Rakesh Wadhawan for $40 million. That site will make way for a high-rise apartment and hotel complex.
