Victorian Farmers Federation to Sell 24 Collins Street

Jones Lang LaSalle selling agent Robert Anderson, who is marketing the building with James Kaufman, said rents in the 13-level, 4,332 square metre office are currently well below market levels.
 
He said upon sale the Victorian Farmers Federation will sign a 12-month leaseback for three office elevels it occupies within 24 Collins Street, while looking for a new office where it can spread its staff over one level.
 
The building is best known for ground floor retail tenants Haighs Chocolates, McDonald’s and tailor Godwin Charli.
