VicLand to Sell Retail Component of Lend Lease Merchant Apartment Building, Docklands

Gross Waddell director and selling agent Jonathon McCormack is marketing the properties individually on behalf of Vicland, who picked them up from Lend Lease during construction late last year.
 
Lend Lease is also reportedly in discussions with Swedish-based fund manager SEB Asset Management, to sell a half share of the $175 million Myer National Support Office under construction nearby.
