Veris relocates HQ within Melbourne

The Veris sign will soon come down at Mirvac’s 1 Southbank Boulevard.

Veris has moved headquarters – effectively quitting the CBD for a distinctive office three kilometres east, at Burnley.

Veris has leased c1500 square metres in Botanicca 3 at Burnley.

The ASX-listed giant has committed to just over 1500 square metrest at Building 3 within the Botanicca business park at 570 Swan Street – held by Growthpoint.

The deal includes multiple car parks for Veris-branded utes.

With it, Growthpoint has one suite to fill – of 511 sqm – within the office, also Bunnings’ HQ since 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Vincent Tran and Sophia Kotsiou with Colliers’ Damien Adkins and Tom Rothel are the agents.

Veris Southbank building branding to go

Veris has quit Mirvac’s 1 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank – opposite the river to Flinders Street Station – though its brand will hang on that building a few more months. Its Southbank move in 2019 was noteworthy for consolidating three offices.

“The colocation was one of the key steps in the ongoing integration and development of Veris as a company,” CEO Michael Shirley said, upon announcing the relocation.
