Dexus commits pre-fab manufacturer to enormous Sydney shed
Dexus has found one tenant to occupy an enormous Kings Park facility being marketed in pieces.
Pre-fabricated product manufacturer Parratech has leased all 27,300 square meters of 7 Coronation Avenue – also known as the Kings Park Industrial Estate – which was being made available as tenancies from 2500 sqm.
The property contains 484 car parks and an onsite cafe.
The group has committed for an unspecified “long term”.
JLL’s Peter Blade, Greg Pike, Miguel Lee and Tom Gibson were the agents.
Kings Park is about 40 kilometres west of Sydney’s CBD.
