Perth warehouse trades on 5.7pc yield

A Welshpool warehouse leased for four more years to vehicle fit out service provider PTE has sold.

The $7.5 million achieved for 99-101 Dowd Street reflects a 5.7 per cent net passing yild.

The 7659 square metre holding contains 1900 sqm of hardstand.

A 3451 square office/workshop with male/female toilets and kitchen, was developed c1987.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Fife and Nick Goodridge were the agents.

The buyer is a local private investor.

Welshpool is about 10 kilometres south west of Perth.
