Up Property pre-commits Barwon Health to Geelong office

Up Property recently paid $6.42m for an east Melbourne townhouse site.

Up Property has pre-committed Barwon Health to a five storey Geelong office set to replace the Belcher Arcade.

The state government backed tenant will occupy 181 Moorabool Street as a mental health and addiction treatment facility.

Construction of the 3268 sqm project will begin this month.

It will open late next year.

Gartland Property’s Michael De Stefano and Adam Farrell brokered the deal, which will see Barwon Health consolidate from several local properties (story continues below).

Barwon Health has pre-committed to a five storey Geelong office.

Its new facility will operate after hours and on weekends and public holidays, servicing the Greater Geelong and Colac regions.
