Student Accommodation Still in Short Supply

The number of international students moving to Melbourne may start decelerating over the next few years, but the booming student accommodation market still has some way to go, with Melbourne’s biggest "off-campus" student home placement group saying the supply of apartments has not kept up with demand for more than 10 years.
