Singapore’s Keppel Logistics leases new Rochedale warehouse from Goodman, Brickworks

Singapore’s Keppel Logistics has leased a brand new industrial facility in Brisbane’s Rochedale Motorway Estate.

Keppel will occupy all of the 10,481 square metre complex at 28 Brickworks Place, Rochedale, about 17 kilometres south-east of the city centre.

The facility includes a 589 sqm office, high internal warehouse clearance (10.7 metres), seven on-grade roller-shutter doors, four recessed docks with load levellers, and 40-metre wide heavy-duty container rated hardstand.

It also offers a 43 sqm dock office with amenities.

The facility includes a 589 square metre double-storey office component.

The Rochedale Motorway Estate is a joint venture between Brickworks and logistics-focused developer Goodman.

Keppel will join Amart Furniture, Beaumont Tiles, Franklyn, Japanese Food Corporation and Moreton Hire at the industrial park, which is taking shape beside the Gateway Motorway.

The northern edge of Rochedale Motorway Estate abuts Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Road while its eastern boundary is Gardner Road where two buses can be caught connecting the precinct to the city.

The landlords, which are seeking pre-lease opportunities for complexes of up to 35,000 sqm, are also promoting local amenity including retail, childcare and three fitness clubs.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Callow and Matt Richards ran a Request for Information process for Goodman and Brickworks.

Goodman Property Services’ Dan Brekan, CBRE’s Ben Lyons and JLL’s Brendan Delahunty are listed as the 28 Brickworks Drive leasing agents.
